Returns & Exchange Policy – We’re With You Every Step

Our Returns and Exchange Policy is designed to give you peace of mind while staying true to our values of fairness, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Return & Exchange Eligibility – Within 10 Days of Delivery

We offer returns and exchanges within 10 days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, we kindly request you to:
● Record an unboxing video while opening the sealed package.
● Make sure the video is clear and unedited, showing the entire opening process.
● Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in saleable condition.

This helps us maintain quality control and ensure genuine claims. We believe in complete transparency and mutual trust.

Exchange Policy – Yes, With Fair Guidelines

At American DIY Corporation, we’re happy to offer product exchanges in case:

● You received the wrong item.
● You wish to change the size or design (from the same category and price range).
● You’re not fully satisfied and would prefer an alternative product.

Important Notes:

● Exchanges are permitted only once per order.
● We do not offer store credits. You can either receive a replacement item or request a refund (if eligible).
● Exchanges are processed after we receive the returned product and complete quality verification.
● In case of exchanges requested due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges.
● In case of returns, no refund will be provided (except for damaged products). Only exchange for another product is allowed.
● Replacement of the same product is subject to availability and may not always be possible.
● Final approval for exchange, replacement, or refund will be determined by the organization after inspecting the returned product.

Return Shipping – Customer Responsibility

For all eligible returns or exchanges:

● The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
● Returns must be packed securely to prevent any transit damage.

We want to ensure your jewellery gets back to us safely — just like it came to you.

How to Request a Return

We’ve made it easy for you to request a return or exchange:

1. You can request a return on WhatsApp and Email
2. Upload your unboxing video and product details.
3. Our team will review your request within 24–48 business hours.
4. Once approved, you’ll get instructions for returning the product.

Our customer care team is always here to assist and guide you through every step.

Refunds – Simple & Direct

Refunds will be considered only in case of any damage during transit. In that case if you have requested the return of any of your products, the refund of the same shall be initiated once we receive the product back in our warehouse.

If your return request is approved:

● We will process a refund to your original payment method (UPI, card, or net banking).
● Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned product and completing quality checks.
● In case of returns (except damaged products), customers must bear the return shipping charges.
● If the product arrives damaged or defective, American DIY Corporation will bear the return shipping cost and ensure a hassle-free replacement or refund.
● Please note, we do not issue store credit or gift vouchers.

We believe in honest, hassle-free transactions — so if a refund is due, it’s sent right back to you.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to help.

Here’s how our cancellation policy works:

1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

● Orders can be cancelled before the product is shipped
● A full refund will be applicable
● Cancellation can be done through the website by submitting a cancellation request
● Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email
● Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days to the original payment method

2. American DIY Corporation-Initiated Cancellations

American DIY Corporation reserves the right to cancel an order under rare circumstances, such as:

● Customer misbehavior or abusive communication
● Suspicious or fraudulent activity
● Other actions that violate our brand’s terms or ethical conduct

In such cases, the customer will be notified and refunded accordingly.
